Livehaul

Terms and conditions

These terms cover Livehaul accounts, the manufacturer database, sourcing assist packages, manufacturer listings, and featured profiles. By signing up, paying for, or using any of these services, you agree to them.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Who we are and what we do

Livehaul is an aggregator and advisory platform. We help brands discover manufacturers and fabric suppliers from our network, evaluate options where a package includes it, and facilitate introductions so you can decide with clearer information.

We also help manufacturers get listed and, where they choose, obtain a featured or verified-style public profile so brands can find them more easily.

We are not a manufacturer, fabric mill, or trading house. We are not a party to your commercial contract with any manufacturer or supplier. We are not your legal counsel, quality auditor, logistics provider, or payment agent. We do not guarantee production outcomes, supplier commercial pricing, MOQ, capacity, timelines, or product quality.

Assist work may be delivered by Livehaul-assigned fashion or sourcing consultants. Consultants advise and facilitate discovery within the package you purchase. They do not assume responsibility for manufacturer or supplier performance, or for the end outcome of production.

2. Services covered by these terms

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms apply to:

  • Free Livehaul accounts (sign up / sign in) and related account features.
  • Manufacturer database preview and paid unlock.
  • Sourcing assist packages on /sourcing: Fabric Assist, Manufacturing Assist, and Full Assist, in Basic or Extended durations where offered.
  • Free manufacturer listing via our public form or /for-manufacturers.
  • Featured manufacturer profile / verification request.
  • Related WhatsApp, form, and email communication used to deliver the above.

3. Accounts

Some features require a Livehaul account. You must provide accurate signup details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Signup type (for example general user, brand, or manufacturer) is an intent signal for how we tailor the product. It does not by itself create a public business profile or verified status.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, share access in a way that harms other users, or attempt to scrape or download restricted data.

4. Manufacturer database

Anyone may browse a limited preview of the manufacturer database. Contact fields and other sensitive details stay locked until access is granted.

Paid unlock is requested through the product flow, typically via WhatsApp after sign-in. Access is granted manually after we confirm payment. Validity is as shown in your account (often a limited number of days) and may be revoked if abused.

The sheet is for evaluation inside the product. It is not downloadable. Network data is largely self-reported and updated periodically. Capabilities and availability can change.

5. Sourcing assist packages

Paid assist packages on the sourcing page follow the published Fabric Assist, Manufacturing Assist, and Full Assist offers. Durations are labelled Basic or Extended where both are offered. Delivery starts from a complete, usable brief and, where required, payment confirmation.

Commercial fees, discounts, and promotions for these packages are shown on the sourcing page or agreed in writing at the time of purchase. These terms describe how packages are delivered, not the fee amount.

  • Fabric Assist (Basic): requirements for up to 2 designs; typically 3–5 fabric suggestions; 2 revision rounds within about 2 weeks if you explain why the first set did not fit.
  • Fabric Assist (Extended): requirements for up to 3 designs; typically 3–5 fabrics with room to refine; we may check with sources before suggesting; 3 revision rounds within about 1 month.
  • Manufacturing Assist (Basic): you define requirements; we shortlist a top 5 from our network; you may contact those factories; 2 revision rounds within about 2 weeks for another set of 5 if you explain why the prior set did not fit.
  • Manufacturing Assist (Extended): same discovery model over about 1 month; we may speak with factories before suggesting to reduce gaps; comparison guidance between options; 3 revision rounds; final contract stays between you and the manufacturer.
  • Full Assist (Extended): one coordinated brief for fabric and manufacturing; fabric shortlist typically 3–5 (up to 3 designs) and a top 5 factories; 3 revision rounds across the month; comparison guidance; contracts stay between you and the suppliers.

Across assist packages, our role is suggestions, shortlists, introductions where included, and practical guidance. We do not negotiate or sign commercial terms on your behalf. Sampling, courier, tech packs, site visits, QC, and production management are outside standard packages unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Work beyond the published revision rounds, design counts, duration window, or a second product line or collection is a new paid request or a written scope change.

Manufacturers may join the network by completing our free listing form. Listing does not by itself create a public Livehaul profile or a verified badge.

A featured profile request is started after sign-in via the product WhatsApp flow. Payment is confirmed offline. An expert may call to audit details. If approved, we may mark the supplier as verified for our purposes and our team may generate a public profile within about a week. Timelines are indicative.

Featured placement and verification are operational signals on Livehaul. They are not a certification of factory quality, compliance, or capacity. We may remove featured or verified status if information is inaccurate or the account is misused.

7. What Livehaul and consultants are responsible for

Within the purchased or written package, we and our consultants are responsible for:

  • Understanding your stated requirement based on the information you provide.
  • Researching and identifying relevant options from the Livehaul network where the service includes shortlisting.
  • Sharing relevant available information for shortlisted options.
  • Providing comparison guidance and revision rounds where the package includes them.
  • Making introductions or enabling contact where the package includes them.
  • Using reasonable care when we check key points with manufacturers or fabric sources before suggesting them, noting that information can change.
  • Granting database access or processing featured requests after we confirm payment and eligibility, where those products apply.

8. What we do not take responsibility for

Livehaul and its consultants are not responsible for, and make no guarantee regarding:

  • Final product quality, fit, finish, compliance, sampling results, or bulk consistency.
  • Manufacturer or supplier delivery, delays, capacity, MOQ, pricing, payment terms, or commercial negotiations.
  • Production failures, rejects, shortages, logistics, customs, shipping, or inventory outcomes.
  • Accuracy of all third-party manufacturer or supplier information at all times.
  • Whether a shortlisted party accepts your order, meets your brand standards, or remains available.
  • Disputes, payments, chargebacks, intellectual property issues, or contract breaches between you and any manufacturer or supplier.
  • Legal validity of contracts, NDAs, or terms you sign. Any contract-finalisation help is practical assistance only, not legal advice.
  • Outcomes of decisions you make after receiving our shortlist, comparison, database view, or recommendation.
  • Whether featured or verified status on Livehaul leads to any particular volume of brand interest or orders.

Recommendations and shortlists are advisory. The final commercial decision is yours.

9. Consultant boundaries

Consultants representing Livehaul may advise, shortlist, compare where included, introduce parties, and support decision-making within package limits. Assist engagements are typically delivered within weekday business hours (IST) unless we say otherwise.

Consultants may not guarantee quality, delivery, pricing, MOQ, capacity, or performance; present themselves as responsible for production or the final outcome; sign contracts on behalf of Livehaul; give legal advice; take responsibility for disputes, payments, logistics, or production failures between you and a manufacturer or supplier; or promise things on Livehaul's behalf without confirmation.

If a request goes beyond the package (extra revision rounds, extra designs or product lines, travel, QC, production management, overnight support), the consultant may pause and ask you to upgrade or agree a written change before continuing.

10. Direct relationship after introduction

Once you are introduced to a manufacturer or fabric supplier, or you contact them from a shortlist or unlocked database view, your commercial, production, sampling, payment, and delivery relationship is direct with that party. Livehaul is not a party to that relationship or any manufacturing or supply contract.

The same applies to fabric sourcing: after introduction, buying and production stay between you and the mill or supplier. Livehaul is not responsible for fabric quality, shade, GSM, handfeel, shrinkage, MOQ, price, lead time, or delivery of goods.

We welcome feedback on your experience with parties we introduced. Feedback helps us improve the network. Sharing feedback does not create any warranty or obligation for Livehaul to fix manufacturer or supplier performance.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide a clear, accurate brief; respond in a timely way during the engagement; not treat our materials as legal, financial, or compliance advice; and engage manufacturers and suppliers in good faith after introductions.

For revision rounds on assist packages, you agree to explain what did not work so we can improve the next shortlist. Incomplete briefs, major changes to the original requirement, or work beyond package limits may be treated as a new paid request.

Manufacturers agree that listing and profile information they submit is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

12. Fees, payment, delivery, and refunds

Fees for standard products are as published on the Livehaul site at the time you purchase, or as agreed in writing for custom scopes. These terms do not set fee amounts. Promotions and discounts, when offered, apply only as stated on the site or in writing for that purchase.

Payments are often confirmed offline after a WhatsApp or form request. Access or work may wait until we confirm payment.

Assist delivery windows start when we have a usable brief and, where required, payment. Database unlock and featured processing start after we confirm payment and eligibility.

If you are unsatisfied with Livehaul's own delivery of a paid assist consultation (for example, shortlist not delivered within a reasonable window for reasons within our control, or options clearly unrelated to the agreed brief), contact us and we will refund that consultation fee.

Refunds do not apply solely because commercial talks with a manufacturer failed, supplier pricing or MOQ did not match expectations, a manufacturer declined work, production later went wrong, or a featured profile did not produce the brand interest you hoped for. Those outcomes sit outside Livehaul's control once introductions or listings are in place.

13. Confidentiality and data

We may use your brief, account details, and contact information to deliver the service and improve our network and tools. Consultants must not publicly share your private commercial information. Manufacturer data may be shared with eligible users for evaluation inside the product.

Password reset and similar account emails may be sent manually by our team. Keep reset links private. Do not share session cookies or login credentials.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livehaul's total liability arising from a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, stock, reputation, or third-party claims arising from manufacturing or supply outcomes.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall hear disputes arising from them.

Livehaul connects brands with manufacturing and fabric options and helps manufacturers get discovered. Once introduced, your contract and production relationship are direct. We are not responsible for final delivery, pricing, MOQ, or product outcome.
